The film tells the story of the characters Arap Kadri, created by Tekin Aral, one of the master cartoonists of the famous humor magazine Gırgır. The most important feature of Arap Kadri, who was inspired by the master cartoonist Tekin Aral's Arap Yaşar from Üsküdar, is that he is extremely fond of his freedom. He lives in the forest and doesn't follow many rules. In the jungle, there is an order established by Tarzan. In fact, Arap Kadri, who cannot adapt to city life, throws a wrench into this order when he comes to the forest and sees the creatures trying to live an orderly life. The main reason for the conflict between them and Tarzan stems from this.
