Esra, Eser, Betül and Tunç, childhood friends, go on vacation to an old villa on the coast that Tunç's family has inherited to get away from their busy work life. Although from the outside their friendship seems solid, their relationship is complicated by hidden feelings and repressed emotions: Esra has a platonic love for Eser, while Tunç is obsessively attached to Esra. However, this innocent vacation plan turns into a horrible nightmare when Esra touches an old mirror in the villa. The curse that caused the death of Tunç's family years ago, which has remained hidden until today, reappears. The villa's doors close, supernatural forces are unleashed, and a deadly game begins in which only one person can survive. As Tunç's dark past and the truths he has been hiding are revealed, Esra's mysterious talisman of protection makes her the only hope against these terrible forces.
